Ordering and Payment method:
- Locate the item you want to purchase and click the image of the item you located.
- Enter in the dialog box the quantity of items you want to purchase. When it is done, click "Add to shopping cart".
- A dialog box "Product is added in shopping cart" appears. Click "OK" and you will be directed back to the item just selected.
- To continue shopping, click "Products" and locate the item you want to purchase.
- If you are done with shopping, click "Shopping cart" at the title bar.
- A purchase order form appears, showing the list and the item prices, and the total order amount. Click "Check out" if the order is correct.
- Fill in your name, email address and phone number, or receive's address, name and phone number, and give us the time and date for pick up. For delivery, please call us for delivery charges.
- As a service to you, we can attach a gift note with your message on it. Just send us your message.
- Check "I have read and agreed the terms" and click "Submit and confirm" button to send the purchase order to us.
- We will call you to confirm the order.
- Deposit the payment by fund transfer to our account in Hang Seng Bank (acct # 228-263000-883). Retain the deposit receipt of the transfer.
- Write down your phone number on the receipt and fax it to us.
- We will call you to confirm the payment.
Enquires on event decorations:
- Please call 3426 9938 for consultations. Our designers will propose to custom make a decoration to suit your theme. A proposal will be submitted to you after consultation and an advance deposit of 50% of the contract amount is required to confirm the order.
